About Us

GM Singlefoot

GM Singlefoot Stables ranch is nestled in the middle of Emek Hefer, surrounded by sea of green fields, orange and tangerine orchards, and next to the Alexander stream.

In the beginning of 2016, Georgiana Morhan, the founder of GM Singlefoot Stables, had decided that she wants to bring singlefooting horses from the US to Israel, and start a breeding program for those horses. She decided that she wants to bring and breed only the best.

By taking the time and doing some research about this breed of horses and bloodlines, Georgiana created a network of connections with leading breeders in the US in order to start her business and breeding program.

In mid 2016, Georgiana bought her first Stallion – Blazin' BearCat – an offspring of Kikin' Yankee Bear, a singlefooting champion horse, and Go Girl, a tattooed standardbred mare.

The GM Singlefoot Stables stallions come from breeders across the southern part of the US, when some are foundation stallions and some are from well known bloodlines.

One significant lesson we learned from other breeds and breeding programs, is that the mare has an equal or even greater importance than the stallion in creating a superior breeding program.

Due to that fact, we chose our foundation mares from selected bloodlines such as Reverand Homer and Pretty Boy Floyde. We also have some mares that are proven and with records from the show ring such as Guns & Roses, Go Girl and Crimson Pizzazz. Our concentration in well proven and fine mares from excellent bloodlines will assure the strength of our program and the excellence of our future generations.

As part of our vision, each year we are planning on having 70-80 foals, when some will remain in our ranch to be part of our breeding program and some will go to new homes in Israel and abroad.
